One of the most creative books I have read in a very long time. This book finds a way to make emotions that remain unseen, an actual character in the book.Erick Setiawan delves into the supernatural family fiction genre with this powerhouse of a novel. I was hooked from the beginning through to the end of this epic tale.
The novel has family relationships as its central theme. The supernatural comes into play with the bees and the mist. Representative of all that goes unsaid and often unacknowledged in a home, the bees and mist are characters themselves.
An excellent novel with complex themes and a powerful storyline.
