The Economy Strikes

I got the boot from my job last week, laid off with a decent severance if I can get a job ASAP. It's not a shock since I knew my position was being eliminated but why is it so hard to get a job? Especially at Christmas. Ugh.
At any rate, in between applying for new jobs and stalking the Washington Post for new job listings, I took Holly's recommendation and picked up the Twilight books. 2-3 years behind, but I get there on trends. I finished Twilight and am working my way through New Moon.
Now my question, should I devour them all at once, or break in between for other tbrs?

Ugh! How horrible...and there should be some rule it can't come in November & December.

Oh man, I am so sorry to hear about your job. It seems like people I know have been looking for jobs for a long time. I hope you are able to find something in your field within a reasonable amount of time!

As for the Twilight books, I'm no help. I read the first two and wasn't crazy about them so I haven't bothered finishing the series yet.

So sorry to hear about your job loss. Good luck in finding a new one.

I found I needed a break in between the 3rd and 4th Twilight books. They're a fun read, but they get a bit angsty.

Good luck taking a break! I was so sucked in, I neglected basic human needs until the series was over.

Why does it seem the layoffs always happen around the holidays. Good luck finding another job.

Take a break between Twilight saga books IF YOU CAN!

Good luck with the job hunting.

You should devour them as fast as you can because Eclipe is already set to be released in the theater in June!

I say lose yourself in the books and let the reading take your mind off your troubles for a few days.
