I am a sucker for paranormal ya fiction, especially if there is a love triangle involved. My favorite series include:

• Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich - I love a kickass female lead, not to mention the killer love triangle. TEAM RANGER!
• Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris - The characters are interesting and unique. I love Charlaines take on vamps, not to mention the love triangle! TEAM ERIC!
• The Immortals by Alyson Noel - A really exciting YA paranormal series that always has me on the edge of my seat. 

I am also a big fan of:
The Vampire Diaries on the CW, and True Blood on HBO. Two very exciting vampire paranormal series that are must see tv! I frequently post about these two shows.

I have my go to genres of chick lit,and fiction. I love my happily ever afters, and I make no apologies for that. You want to tell me the world isn't like that? Fine, I'm going to go grab a Jane Moore novel, curl up in my big over stuffed chair and retreat into her world, where the world does work like that. Novels can enrich your world in so many ways. They can keep hope alive, raise your awareness to situations not directly impacting you, and show you different parts of the world. That's correct, authors of my favorite books have made me an Anglophile. I think that only covers England, so Cecelia Ahern has cemented my fascination and obsession with Ireland. Anyone know what that's called? Holly has also suckered me into the world of supernatural and into young adult. I adore them.
